If you would like to submit an obituary or an obituary abstract please send an email and include the following
information: Your Name, Your email address, the obituary or abstract. If the death is recent please submit an
abstract. If the death was a long time ago then the complete can be used.

An abstract looks something like this:

Name of Deceased:
Date of Death:
Age:
Date of Birth:
Parents:
Preceded in death by:
DO NOT include the names of living survivors.
Anything special about the deceased? Occupation, Organizations, etc.
