Death Records
Death Records were not required by law until 1867. Death Records for 1867 - Dec. 20, 1908 are held by the Probate Court.
Death Records from Dec. 20, 1908 to Present. Cost of a certified copy is $17.00 and Ohio Law prohibits the issue of uncertified copies. Certificates may be obtained from two sources.
